When placing an order (phone, fax, email etc) please list the item code, page number, a short description and the quantity required. If you want to open an account with us, please fill out a credit application form. Include method of payment and shipping instructions as well.


Please include PST number or tax exemption certificate when ordering within the province of BC. Freight, insurance and GST are not included.

Prices are subject to change and misprints may have occurred; if this affects your order, we will inform you. We try hard to bring you the best possible quality at the best possible price.

Minimum Order:
No minimum on first order. Subsequent orders have a $300.00 minimum or a $10.00 handling fee will be charged.

Order must be paid at time of delivery unless you have an account with us. Should an invoice remain unpaid past 30 days from date of invoice, a 1.5% monthly service charge will be applied.

Shipping is always free for orders over $800. We have various promotions during the year and we will let you know of any by email.

Should any item not be as expected, we will consider returns within a 7 day period. Arrangements for returns and credits should be made prior to sending back the merchandise to avoid the 15% restocking fee. Merchandise should be sent in adequate packaging, shipped prepaid, with the proper insurance coverage.

Damaged Goods:
When you receive your goods, please check if the package appears to have been damaged during transportation (a crumpled, wet or torn box) and notify us as soon as possible so we can file an insurance claim. Again, arrangements should be made with us before sending back the damaged items.

Goods are shipped promptly. Please specify if you prefer Expedited (3-5 days) Express Post (2-3 days) or Priority Post (1-2 days), or if you request otherwise.

New Products:
We are continually adding items to our line, so please inquire for any product you have not seen in our catalogue. If we do not carry it, we will attempt to obtain it for you.


At Worlds & Tribes, as an effort to preserve the environment, we often reuse boxes or packaging materials. Should a box not look new, please forgive its appearance and be assured the quality of the items inside is our priority.

Yes, rules are meant to be broken, so phone if you have a special request. We will do our best to accommodate you.
